Removed advanced settings for Lightbox

    @goldenagemedia – Please use the Custom Lightbox Effects option under Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects. This is an update safe option to use whereas your previous method would require you to continually modify existing settings.

    Oh fantastic that fixed it. I did read the changelog but couldn’t see anything relating to this.
