Remove/add to theme footer

    I have downloaded the https://themes.simplethemes.com/skeleton/ Theme.
    I would like to remove the the Theme permalink (if that is allowed or possible and replace it with privacy policy,toc’s, and website copyright.
    Please be gentle with me as I know SFA about php’s,htmls, etcetc.
    I cannot find anything in the footer php.
