Remove Yop Poll completely

I once installed Yop Poll but deleted it immediately.
I have been having indexing problems and I noticed I have thousands of pages with links similar to this at the end of url:
yop_poll_tr_id=&yop-poll-nonce-5_yp53fbda94cdca8=54f60e1690
How can I stop this from happening??

Hello
I assume you have installed an old version (lower than 6.0) as current version is no longer using these variables.
This could be fixed by setting a canonical link for all the pages you mentioned.
