Remove YOASTy Update Notice

  • Adding the following to the child-theme’s function.php file will remove that pesky smell of burnt yoast that keeps popping up

    update_site_option('duplicate_post_show_notice', 0);

    Update:
    It seems there is an option to turn this off under:
    Dashboard > Settings > Duplicate Post > Display > Show update notice
