  • Hi,

Try to add inside the [wppb-login] shortcode the lostpassword_url=”www.yoursite.com” argument like so: [wppb-login register_url=”www.yoursite.com” lostpassword_url=”www.yoursite.com”].

Also you will need to create a Recover Password Page using the [wppb-recover-password] shortcode. Replace https://www.yoursite.com with the url of the Recover Password page.

    Best regards,

I just came to report this same issue. The error message toimisto reported appears above the login form in the login error message and links to “https://www.domain.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword”.

If I add the shortcode parameter you suggested, it adds a “Lost your password” link below the form that links to the custom URL. But it does not override the link in the error message.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

So you created a Recover Password page and replaced https://www.yoursite.com with your url inside the lostpassword_url=”” argument and the error notice still uses the default Lost Password form?

    Best regards,

I just created an account an hour ago and I’m trying to sign in as an administrator but it keeps saying ERROR: Invalid email address. Lost your password?

When I try to get a new password, it says, ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.

How do I fix this issue?

    Hi Weamnamou,

What version of Profile Builder are you using?

You are trying to login as Administrator into your website and the login form is generating that error?

Did you tried to login using https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/ ?

    Best regards,

    Hi Teodor,

What do you mean about Profile Builder?

I’m trying to login into https://www.TheArabDailyNews.com/wp-admin

Every time I use this link it automatically asks me to sign in and then denies me access.

    Weam

    Hi Weam,

Profile Builder has 3 versions Free v2.3.5, Hobbyist v2.3.5 and Pro v2.3.5.

Please submit a support ticket with this issue. I will wait for your ticket and we will continue our conversation there.

I will mark this post as resolved.

    Best regards,
