Remove word "Tags:" in post meta tags

    When using <?php the_tags(); ?> it prints like this:

    Tags: Tag 1, Tag 2, Tag 3

    How can I make it just say

    Tag 1, Tag 2, Tag 3

    and remove the word “Tags” and the colon?
