remove widget headings in sidebar

I have googled, but theme was closed, so I am opening new one.

Some widgets are with empty titles, and I do not want to have empty elements, ex:
<h2></h2>

So… if the title is not empty to get:
<h2>Widget title</h2>

If the title is empty to return empty string.

Any directions???
