remove white space around header

I also have a white space at the top of my homepage. I have tried everything without success. It only appears on my homepage. I had a duplicate on another page it was perfect but on the homepage it always has that white space at the top and it’s driving me nuts. I even went so far as to transfer the good page over to the homepage and I still have that white space at the top I cannot figure this out. My website is skyetaylorgalleries.com. From what I can see, this seems to be a problem for word press. I found solutions but they don’t apply to me but others have found help. I’m kind of aggravated that word press does not have better support. Sometimes forms are faster but I applied the same problem a few days ago and never got an answer.

I was trying to be very brave and make an sql database for the checkbox option, etc…I logged into godaddy, created a database and now the site wont load!!!

any ideas?

I found the solution and it worked!!!! Follow these simple instructions then buy me a Rolls Royce..LOL…or a Roll and butter.

I will give you quick guide. Just install “Jetpack” plugin and then activate “Custom CSS” module in Jetpack. And then go to “Appearance => Edit CSS” and add the following CSS.

.home .content-area { padding-top: 0; }
