Remove white space about Page title and before footer

Now,
Your Site has been showing correctly for me

For me (on desktop, tablet and iphone), there’s still a large gap between the page title and the underside of the menu, and between the top of the footer area and the bottom of the last piece of text…

On the screen shot, or you will have Could shows the part that you want to customize ?
