    I am using the Instagram Feed WD on my clients website, formerly we purchased a license from Web-Dorado, but now it has changed and we need to set up everything again with the new free version of ” 10Web Social Photo Feed” formerly “Instagram Feed WD”.

    So my question is… Instagram photos are not displaying properly, i want to have them
    to have NO margin between the colums and rows, but there is
    always an extra white space (aprox 10px) between the rows horizontally. How
    can I remove this completely?

    With the older version of the plugin, this code resolved the issue, now it is not working anymore.

    #wdi_feed_0 .wdi_feed_item {
    margin-bottom: -9px !important;
    }

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Anna,

    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the late response.

    Dear Anna, actually we have just re-branded from web-dorado.com to 10web.io and the plugin name is changed but everything else is the same.

    To reduce the space between the images in horizontal position, please enter Instagram feed > themes > select the theme that is attached to your feed > thumbnails > Photo Wrapper Border Size > select 1 px.

    Now to change the space between images in vertical position, please adjust your code and instead of -9 please write -13.

    Please let me know if you’ll need any further assistance.

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    I can not access to the themes to change the photo wrapper border size. I suppose I need to buy the premium version? Even if I already did buy the premium version from web-dorado? Until you changed brands all worked fine ??

    Resolved: I changed the Instagram Feed Plugin to a different provider, now it works perfectly.

    Hi @rookman,

    If you have already bought the plugin from web-dorado.com you don’t need to buy from 10web.io. We have re-branded but the plugin is not changed, it works as it used to in the past.

    As far as we can’t discuss paid version plugins issues here, please contact our support team using the following form.

    We’ll do our best to assist you.
