Remove white bar below menu

Hello. On the homepage when it first loads, there is a wide white bar below the menu. It does away when you try to Inspect it so I am unable to figure out how to get ride of it. It causes everything on the homepage to misalign horizontally. PLEASE help. Been trying to figure it out for ages and I’m stumped. You replied once before but the solution offered did not work. I can send a photo. Also, if you refresh it goes away (!).
