remove variations from new order email

You could do this by modifying the e-mail template, and using a bit of custom code to remove the variations. Here’s a good place to get started:

More specifically, you’d need to modify the “new order” e-mail template:

/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php
