Remove Variation ID from URL

Hi
An SEO guy says having the “?lp-variation-id=0” on the URL will be an issue. We are not using the A/B part of the plugin. Is there anyway to remove this being added to the URL string? Here is a sample page:
https://netbase.nkv5.com/go/page01a/?lp-variation-id=0
