Hi, something missing I think in the Page where we manage Users & Groups (page=pm_user_manager).

If one User is in 2 Groups, we can’t remove it from only one Group and keep it in the second one. We just can “desactivate” or “delete”, but not just “delete from this Group”, delete is completly delete User forever.

One nice option could be : “remove from selected Group or delete User”

So I tried to pass by my Admin-area back office > Users. But here another problem:
If one User already exist and you’ve added some custom fields, and some of them *required, impossible to save this User with new “Group affectation” without fill the form fields by myself.

    Hello kameleon1er,

Currently, the admin cannot remove users from specific groups on the ‘pm_user_manager’ page. This feature is also on our roadmap and will be included in a future update.

Regarding edit user information, if any fields are set to be required then you’ll have to fill them before saving or assigning new group to users.

Regarding custom fields displaying twice, the My Profile page shows details for all groups which a user belongs to. If a user is member of multiple groups then it will show field sections of all those groups. You can change name of the field sections in these groups to resolve the problem.

To change Section name, please follow these steps:

    1) Login to WP dashboard and go to ProfileGrid menu.
    2) Here you will see the Groups list.
    3) Now go to Fields for a group and then click on the Section name tab on the left side.
    4) Next go to “Edit Section” link, change name, and save.

If one User is in 2 Groups, we can’t remove it from only one Group and keep it in the second one. We just can “desactivate” or “delete”, but not just “delete from this Group”, delete is completly delete User forever.

Hey, I had the same problem and thought it is not solvable at the moment, but i was wrong. You can do this via the default wordpress user administration backend.
When you edit a user via the default wordpress you can select multiple groups for this user. Just deselect the ones you dont want to have!

    Best regards
