remove user from blocklist

    how can I remove banned users from the blacklist? I can just search IP not user
    I have a user email which I want to know is it banned or not?
    and if it is banned I removed it

    Hello @mohammad983 and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Which blocklist are you referring to? The Premium feature Real-Time IP Blocklist, or just the regular block page?

    All blocks regarding Wordfence are done via IP. You can find any IP that is currently blocked via Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking page.
