Remove url paramters from pagination links?

Is it possible to remove the url parameters from the pagination links?
If the requested url has url parameters (www.blah.com?test=1&test=2&test=3), they seem to be carried over onto the pagination links for each page. I’d like to remove the url params so that the page urls just link to the page (www.blah.com/page/5/ instead of https://www.blah.com/page/5/?test=1&test=2&test=3).
