The URL name is of your bucket, not sure that you can re-direct, will have to get back to you on that. In the meantime you can check the Google bucket docs. to see if this is possible on their side.

It’s possible if the bucket is set up to serve as host. I’ve sent a pull request for an implementation I use to simply serve with the bucket name:
