Remove Uploaded Media in Reviews

    We have enabled the “attach media” setting for the plugin to allow our customers to share images for reviews. However, we have noticed some images uploaded by our customers do not meet/suit our website guidelines.
    Can you please advise how to remove unsuitable images from some reviews?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    At first, you need to go to Reviews > Reviews > download all Uploaded images to your site.

    Then you can edit a review and remove images attached to it.

    Thanks, @longnguyen89 I downloaded the image. I’m not sure where the picture then went, as I couldn’t find it in the media files, and on approval of the review it doesn’t seem to be showing there either?
