A former client decided to move from WordPress to a website platform that’s specific to his field (lawyer). His set this up himself. A year later, I’m starting to get daily backups of the old site to my Dropbox – so, I assume the old WordPress files are still on the server. If it’s relevant, that original URL is now being forwarded to a different URL.

Is there a way to stop this on my end?

It seems weird that this is just starting now. Any help is appreciated. thanks!

    Hi,

Please check if UpdraftPlus is still installed on the site. If yes, please ask them to wipe out settings in the UpdraftPlus “Advance Tools” tab.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
