Remove Unchecked/Empty fields from "All fields" in Email sent

Hi,
I have a form with about 5 check boxes for each product that customers select from. I then mail them their selection.
Currently the only option is mailing “all fields” in the email as I do no know which ones they selected. The email they get looks like this:
Product 1 checked
Product 2 checked
Product 3 unchecked
Product 4 unchecked
Product 5 unchecked1. How do I edit the wording of the “checked” and “unchecked” text.
2. How do I only include the checked products in the list?Thanks
