You have created a nice plugin which could be recommended to any owner of a WooCommerce shop. Unfortunately you add the TrackShip menu in the WooCommerce menu tree by default. Imho this is against the WordPress repository plugin rules (advertising external services) and it is useless to have an additional menu entry if it is not needed or in use. As for now the menu entry does not anything else than trying to force users to sign up pfor TrackShip. Therfore the plugin can’t be recommended and rating has to be zero stars. Remove the TrackShip from the menu until a customer signs up and point customers to TrackShip within the setup screen only and you deserve a five star rating.

    Dear @mensmaximus

in general, we will remove the TrackShip from the menu since we are in a transition to split TrackShip functionality from AST and TrackShip comes now as a standalone plugin.

We are the owners of TrackShip and without it we would not be able to do the development of the Free AST plugin as we spent thousands of development hours to make AST so great and for free.

Your claim that we are going against the WordPress repository plugin rules are false and also we are allowed to advertise anything we like on the admin and if you do not like our ads, feel free remove the free plugin.

I am not working for you so its useless to give me instruction and you can provide 0 rating, I do not care, I see users like you that call me selfish, you know what, you are selfish you are using a free software and complain.

Thank you for your response. I myself develop free plugins without any adverts and i never give rude answers to my users like you do. I do not use your plugin. I just tested it for a customer because he asked for advice. Much luck with your further development.

We always give great support for the last 3 years and you can check our support forum but when you blame us for violating the WordPress guidelines which are false acquisitions and make threats to give us a bad review, I do not like that and I will not accept that, most of the users are grateful for our contribution for free and if they need anything, they ask nicely and we try to help them but due to users like you, I am thinking to stop supporting the plugin and maybe removing it from the free repository as I am starting to get tired of giving free plugin and free support and get these kind of comments from users since we try to make a living from our premium services that we build around the free plguin.

Also, as I mnentioned in the comment, we created a seperate plugin for TrackShip to avoid confusion and to not create the sidebar and we are in trnasition of removing the TrackShip functionaloty from AST completly.
