remove top image from post or change dimensions

    Can someone guide me to either remove this top rectangular image or change the dimensions? I have seen only a handful of ideas to remove this, but I can’t find the code folks are referring to. ( in Single PHP ect.)
    Don’t know if it is theme related or just lack of Word Press knowledge.
