The page title is already hidden. The title you’re referring to is the forum title, and it cannot be disabled via options. The only way is using the following CSS code. Please put this code in wpForo > Settings > Colors & Styles > Custom CSS Code textarea, save it and delete all caches:#wpforo #wpforo-wrap.wpft-forum #wpforo-title{display:none;}
