• Is there any way to remove the tickets from the confirmation email when the plugin is set to make reservations only? If they are only making reservations for tickets, we don’t want them to actually have the printed ticket one email sent out because they have not been paid for at that time. They would get a ticket(s) when they pick them up and pay for them at the Box Office. I can’t find any way to modify the emails and can’t find them to copy and edit a copy for use. Any help is appreciated!

  • The editing of emails is very well documented in the manual for Stageshow.

    I’m happy to help you through email with these questions rather than creating support tickets for things that aren’t issues with the stageshow plugin but more of your own setup.
