    Hi,

    Is there any way of removing the auto-generated ticket number (e.g. [5]) from the sent/received email subject line placed just after the ticket alice content?

    Hello @lstores

    Sorry for the delayed response due to Weekends.

    It is not possible to remove Ticket ID from the subject line as it is the only indentification factor upon which system will create new ticket/add reply to the ticket or send notification to users.
