Remove the Reply section on a Wordpres hosted site

  • I would like to remove all comments and replies on a WordPress hosted site, I’m not sure if this is at all possible.

    I have a self hosted site and it works a treat but I can’t get it to work on my site hosted by WordPress.

    I’m using Twenty Eleven as my theme and have clicked all check-boxes relating to replies, plus all options in the screen options section.

    Hope anyone can help.
