Can you send the URL of the page where you want to remove the featured image from?

Removing the image directly from WooCommerce is not recommended as it will show up again after an update, however, I can check if this can be done via CSS once we have the URL of the page where the featured image needs to be hidden.

you want want to remove featured image from shop page as well as single product page then you can simply remove the following hooks.

add_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item_title', 'woocommerce_template_loop_product_thumbnail', 10 );
add_action( 'woocommerce_before_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_show_product_images', 20 );

unfortunatly this didnt work. im not sure if im pasting the wrong code or the code itself is not correct

ok i found the solution,

.woocommerce-placeholder { display: none !important; }

paste the code in the custom CSS section
