Remove the link of the profile in the profile picture

Remove <a> from line 34 of account.php

Replace this

<a href="<?php echo esc_url( um_user_profile_url() ); ?>"><?php echo get_avatar( um_user( 'ID' ), 120 ); ?></a>

With this

<?php echo get_avatar( um_user( 'ID' ), 120 ); ?>
