Remove the jQuery and conflicts go away

This plugin is loading jQuery 1.9.1 automatically. That will cause lots of things to break if the users theme or another plugin also does that. It’s not a good practice, unless you have an admin options page that allows users to enable/disable as needed.
For those having conflicts with other plugins, just comment out lines 24 and 25 and you should be fine.
