Remove 'The" in ordered list

Brand new to WordPress; love this plugin. My site has book reviews and the post titles are the complete book title with “The” so when I show the full ordered list, the “The” is included. How could I eliminate “The” for the purpose of the ordered list, while keeping it as the correct post title. see https://litkidz.com/kids_books_list/ Thanks so much.
