Remove the border and background color from images with captions (adelle theme)

    hi

    I am trying to add some archives to my blog with thumbnail images and a link to a blog post. When I add a caption to an image it comes up with a grey border, a margin and the caption is grey. Like this page I created:

    Can someone please tell me how to remove the border and margin and make it white or transparent, and change the text caption colour to black.

    I have searched the forums and have been unable to find a solution.
