Remove text “Woocommerce Payment” on product page

Hi there,

as a specific page i linked want to remove text ” Paiements WooCommerce €399,00 (€0,00) ” on all product page, this do a bad aspect because double the proce text.

Looking at a default installation of WooCommerce + WooCommerce Payments there is no text of Paiements WooCommerce added before the price amount. There are also not two price amounts displayed on the products either.

This website below has the WooCommerce payments plugin installed and activated.

From what you have described, it could be code from another plugin or theme which has caused a possible conflict and affected the functionality of WooCommerce.

To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched the theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enable your theme and site’s plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

another website with identical structure (that run correct) but without text in question

To further check into this, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

Could you please try performing a conflict test as suggested by @stuartduff to see if it helps? I think this could be related to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.

To do it, temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

text is showed by upgrade of plugin “Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce”
