Remove text from search box

  • Go to Appearance > Widgets

    Depending on where you have placed the Search box, it will be in one of the menus on the right side. Find the bar that reads Search, click on Edit and delete the word Search at the top – or put something else in there if you want to.

    Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes.
