Remove text box from featured imaged slider

    Hi,

    I would like to do one of two things on the featured image slider on the website I am working on – The theme I am using is MH Corporate (basic).

    1. I would like to be able to edit the amount of text which is displayed before the read more […] is shown.

    2. I would like the option of removing the text box altogether.

    If someone could please let me know how to go about this, that would be much appreciated. Please let me know if you need any further information.

    Edit:

    I managed to solve the problem using the below code in the additional CSS section in Appearance>Customize

    .slide-caption {display: none}

    This will remove the text box altogether.

    Hi, thanks for sharing, but this didn’t work for me.
