Remove target=”_blank” attribute from external tab links?

Is there any way to remove the target=”_blank”? The Adsense full screen ads appear in the internal and external links as long as they do not carry the attribute target=”_blank” . The problem is that the external links I want to appear in a separate tab so that I do not raise the bounce rate and I lower the dwell time, the problem is that if I put them in a separate tab carry the attribute target=”_blank” and does not jump the ad. Is there any way to put the external link in another window without the “Blank”, thanks!
