    I tried with Chrome and Inconito, this appears to be a continuing issue with your system, can I know when it will be fixed.

    I used another account and that sent the support request with no problem, so i think it is my account that has some issue?

    As previously mentioned this is in Incognito and standard Chrome.

    I understand that you also tried a different account. However, may I know if the issue persists even after clearing the cache, and using a different browser such as Edge using the affected account? Sometimes, even using the incognito mode on the same browser might have issues if you need to clear the cache.

    If it did not help, I would recommend trying a different device if possible, just to rule out any device-specific issues, and for us to confirm if it is an account issue, so we can further investigate.

    The issue is always ongoing and has been ever since you signed up with WordPress and created a strange login system that never logs out!!

    Even when logout is clicked or cache cleared or both.

    I’ll use my ‘new account’ until the same thing happens to that.
