Remove spaces in spoiler title so at end of line

I am new to this so I will do my best to explain.

This is in the middle of my body of text.This is how it displays.
contact any Board member.Read More

What I would prefer is Read More after Board member.
If that is not possible then at least remove the spaces before and after Read More.
My site is not pubic yet so I don’t know how to send a link to this page.
