remove space above footer

You can do that via Editing your responsive.css or you can add custom CSS whichever way you are comfortable with.

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px)
{

.section{min-height: auto !important;}
.mcb-section-inner.section_wrapper{padding-bottom: 0 !important;}

}

To remove Padding/Space from Desktop try this

@media only screen and (min-width: 1240px){
.mcb-section-inner.section_wrapper {padding-bottom: 0 !important;}
}

This might solve both issues.
