Remove smooth scroll effect from the link

Hello,

First of all. thank you for creating an amazing plugin. I’m using it now for my every website.

In one of my project, I want to remove the smooth scroll effect from the hashed links. I also want that hash to be displayed in the address bar. Elementor is by default removing the hash part and scrolling to the element. How do I disable this smooth scroll & display hash in the address bar after clicking the link?
