Remove Slideshow Link text in V. 2.0.66.27

@sharonejackson – There are two places you can turn off the display of that text link.

When using the IGW (“green button”) to insert a display you would turn off that option in the Customization panel. To ensure that is the default for future inserted displays you would set it under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic Thumbnails.

@sharonejackson – You did not note if you were using a template or not in your settings which may still affect this issue … otherwise, off-hand, I am not seeing anything specific in your default settings.

If you inserted this via the IGW (“green button”) you may need to look at what settings you are using in its Customization panel as those will remain no matter what settings you select under Gallery > Gallery Settings.

Worst case scenario, you could use some custom CSS as a work-around to “hide” the text link. Something like this should do the trick:
