Remove site title from email previews

    Hi,
    I need to know how to remove the site identity title (Raleigh Wedding Photographers) from being seen in the email previews of my customers receipts. My shop page has nothing to do with my photography site.

    Also do you know how to remove the Account id number from being added to the email subject line?

    Hi, I just happened to see this pop up and we don’t provide support here on wordpress. The best solution is to go to https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and you can submit a secure support ticket and we can look at the email issue and examples that way.

    Emails can be custom configured, but it’s all about creating a child theme file and you will be diving into the PHP/HTML coding for it to customize as you see fit.
