Remove Site admin from Nav bar

I will presume you’re not using WPMU which has the same in Admin navbar in the backend.
On regular WP blog, you would see that when you’re logged in. URL of site please? Otherwise, I can only guess – open header.php of your theme and delete the Meta with wp_register. Then upload to your server.
