• Hi there,

I was just wondering if it was possible to have my Blog page subscribe to the full page width setting that I have all of my other pages set to. I would like to remove the sidebar and just have the blog post showing on the oage. 7

    Thanks,

    Dan

Dan – I am afraid, for now, there is no option to remove the sidebar on the home page. We’re working on an update today and tomorrow and will look into adding this option.

Quick note – for now – we can try to remove it by using some CSS (it can hide the sidebar and center the grid on the page)? Let me know if you’re interested in that option.

    Hello

I would really like to remove the right hand side panel from the page also.
Could you please let me know the CSS for this?

    Thanks

@aworkinghand – you want to remove the sidebar from the home page? Or internal pages?

Removing sidebar from home page – this is a pro/upgrade feature https://www.lyrathemes.com/kale-pro/

Removing sidebar from pages – simply use the “Full Width” template that comes with the theme and that page will not show the sidebar.

Removing sidebar from posts – go to Appearance > Customize > Posts and choose the full width (no sidebar) option for post pages.

Is there anyway to decide which posts show the Full Width?

I’m using WPCourseware and the units/modules are classified as “posts” and I don’t want the sidebar showing on these, but I do want the sidebar showing on my blogposts because I have ads that need to be displayed.

Hey @bythecottagehearth, @ricotheque from LyraThemes here again.

If you can add your units or modules as pages (rather than posts), you can remove the sidebar for specific modules.

When editing a page, there’s an option to select “Full-Width” under the “Page Attributes” box of the “Edit Page” page.

    Hope this helps!
