Remove sidebar from Jetpack portfolio post types

    Hi,

    I’d like to remove the sidebar on portfolio post types (enabled through Jetpack) but Make theme doesn’t seem to include a portfolio php file.

    Can you tell me where portfolio post types are coded within this theme?

  • Hi Beth,

    I’d imagine this is using the default posts page. Make doesn’t currently support the Jetpack portfolio feature, but I could certainly add a feature request for you. Couldn’t say if or when or how this would be implemented in the future though.

    Yeah, I think this would be a helpful addition to your theme. Currently it seems the ‘single posts’ file is the one both types use, so there’s no way to have a lovely portfolio item full-width whilst retaining the sidebar for the blog, which is something I feel like a lot of people would want to do ??
