Remove shopping opportunity –

Hello,

Is it possible to remove the shopping opportunity and add a wishlist / list you can bring to the store instead?

I believe the online shopping with sending and so on would be overkill to start with. So would be great to have a list instead. So that customer can add items to the shopping cart, and print out the list. But not buy online.
