With the latest version (2.2.3) a banner has appeared on all Admin pages:
Please select My Account page in the User Registration -> Settings -> General -> My Account section ( My Account Page )
I have repeatedly selected My Account page which is actually called My Account but still the banner will not go away, I can only make it go away by selecting a differently named page. Why can’t I have a My Account page called My Account?

    Hi @andymaggs65,

Maybe the selected page does not have the user registration my account shortcode. Please go through this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-show-account-profile and follow the instruction kindly.

    Regards!

    Hi @shresthauzwal,

we use the user registrationg plugin only for registration purposes, without the default “My Account” Page. We selected the Dashboard of another plugin in the general settings. Works perfect, but now we get the same message mentioned at the top, because on the selected page is no [user_registration_my_account] shortcode? Is there a way to filter the message?

    Best regards, Felix

It is not resolved because the banner is still present despite the fact that the page most definitely includes the [user_registration_my_account] and this is evidenced by the fact that the page correctly renders the my account details. Clearly there is an issue in your logic which is testing the selected page and is apparently unable to find the shortcode on it. If it helps, we use Beaver Builder and the shortcode is not the only thing on the page in question. Please can you either fix the logic or just provide a mechanism to dismiss the banner as @websanityofficial clearly needs.

    Kind regards
    Andy
