    Hi,

I don’t let anyone create an account on my website because it’s unnecessary.

However, the checkbox “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” still appears if a customer is checking out with Stripe.

Where is the information saved if the customer does not have an account?

Is it possible to remove/hide it?

    Thanks

    Hey there @jokubas2000k

Can you let me know the exact steps to replicate this, please?

I’ve tried to do this on two of my own sites and when I’m browsing as a guest, I don’t see this option at all – I can checkout as a Guest with no box for “Save payment information to my account for future purchases”

    Thanks,

    Oops, my bad.

I realised that I might be already logged in to an account on my website myself, that’s why it shows me the option to save the payment information to my account.

When I use a different browser or go incognito, the checkbox does not appear and everything’s fine.

    Hey @jokubas2000k

    Ah, thanks for confirming that.

I can see you’ve marked this as resolved but please reach out if we can help in future.

    Thanks,
