Remove Remember Me Checkbox

Please provide a snippet to remove the remember me checkbox for the login. This is the only thing that I did not find and Remember Me Controls does not work for me with TML.

Also, I wanted to say that you have a great plugin that you should be compensated well for, and while I can understand that some are frustrated by the update to premium – they should know that you don’t update plugins without reviewing the change log notes and making a backup of the site. That being said, I am going to leave a 5 star review now.
