Remove Register Now and another link from sign-in page

    I would like to be able to remove the links to “Register now” and “Open existing ticket using one time password” since my client doesn’t want their customers to sign up on their own. These links don’t work anyway since I have these options turned off but the links are still there.

    Hello @jillianneh,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    You can remove the “Register now” from Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > User Registration > Disable > Submit.

    To remove “Open existing ticket using OTP”, Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Open Ticket Page > Remove the existing page > Submit.
