Remove recommendation for multisite

Is it was possible to remove the recommendation on multisite installations or only make it visible to network admins and not regular site admins.

The password is stored in plain text. We highly recommend you set up your password in your WordPress configuration file for improved security.	
To do this add the lines below to your wp-config.php file:

IMO it seems useless to show to other admins or other users since it can never be set by them and could cause confusion and tickets to be open.
